K-pop Witch Wars (speculation)

Witch wars?! Oh, yeah, that can happen, but rarely is it in a situation where the public is aware or can observe. Well, maybe rare, but not impossible. Especially in the K-pop realm. Thus being the premise of this article. Currently there are at least two mega groups holding the too spots (let's call them the witch queens). All have been holding their positions for several years, seemingly comfortable in sharing the lofty position in the spotlight (or possibly unable to topple the others). However, lately at least one group is waning and one seems to be inadvertently shooting themselves in the foot. Okay, so my point? A wildcard, another group that has been waiting in the shadows, biding their time, building their power, waiting to smell blood and move in for the kill. Timing, of course is everything. Too late and the opportunity could be lost, possibly to yet another up and coming. Too soon, and they risk being smacked down viciously, by one or more of the current groups of queens...

#witchspotting

Just to clarify, I did not create the #witchspotting hashtag. Have no idea who did, or their original intended usage. However, I am using it, in a seemingly related way. Not to identify or persecute individuals for a perceived lifestyle, but associated with a hobby for people looking for something different to do. I got the idea (probably not original) for witchspotting from the hobbies of trainspotting and planespotting, after seeing some interesting music videos on YouTube (which I actually liked). Seeing #witchspotting was already being used on Instagram and X, I decided, okay close enough. Perhaps slightly misappropriated, perhaps slightly hijacked, but still at least related.

Witchspotting 101 (a basic introduction)

Disclaimer : We do not advocate violence against any group or individual regardless of their lifestyle — it is called freewill. This article is intended for novelty purposes. About music videos and artists (no, not just Heavy Metal). It is not intended for, nor should it to be used as a guide for witch-hunting. No particular music genre is necessarily any better or worse, however, some individuals in some genres are more obvious than others. Heavy Metal seems to have taken a backseat to Pop in the blatant display of satanic imagery in their music videos and performance. (go figure) As with many religions , when you start seeing excessive amounts of adherents and symbolism it should make one a little skeptical (especially in the entertainment industry). … and if the rumors are true, everyone in the music business is supposedly a witch (I doubt that), which obviously makes this article useless, but you still might have fun looking for some of the less obvious stuff. We are not sayin...
